User Guide Quick Reference

1. Dial your conference call access number
2. Enter your Moderator or Participant PIN code and press the # key
3. If prompted record your name
4. Wait for conference to start

If you cannot access the teleconference for any reason, an operator will be able to help.

Enter shortcut on your phone keypad at anytime during your call

Press *0 to speak with the operator
Press *1 to hear help menu
Press *6 to mute or unmute your own line

Enter shortcut on your phone keypad at anytime during your call

Press *0  to speak with the operator
Press *96 to mute all participant lines
Press *97 to unmute all participant lines
Press *91 to hear number of teleconference participants
Press *92 to hear roll call of teleconference participants names
Press *22 to begin record and playback (*22 again to pause/stop the recording)
